Thankfully my parents were able to babysit our munchkins so we could celebrate my BFF's 30th. The party was FABULOUS, red carpet treatment, "paparazzi", roulette & black jack tables, yummmmy FAT burger & cocktails!

L'Oreal Everstrong Overnight Repair Treament Review

This is the newest product in the L'Oreal Everstrong line. It's a leave-in, overnight conditioning treatment. According to the bottle, it's packed with a "Bio-Ceramide Complex" that helps restore the hair's strength and resiliency. It's a gel-cream consistency, and you are supposed to apply 1-2 pumps to the hair at night. I have learned that if I apply about two pumps while my hair is still a little bit damp & then curl it, the curl will hold up to three days! I still have to use my beloved L’Oreal EverPure Moisture Deep Restorative Masque. But my hair looks less damaged, feels softer, and looks healthier. It also frizzes less and looks GORGEOUS! This is a definite must have!

PRICE: $7.99 for a 3.4-oz. bottle
AVAILABILITY: At most drugstores, grocery stores and amazon.com.

Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream Review

Oh, Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream ($6), where have you been all my life? The rich, all-natural nail treatment smooths dry, cracked crevices around my nails while strengthening the nails themselves with sweet almond oil, vitamin E and cocoa butter. It keeps cuticles moisturized for hours, and the light lemony scent smells downright delicious.

The thick wax-like consistency takes longer to massage in than my trusty Sephora Cuticle Pen, but because of it the product also feels more substantial on my tips, which I like. I use it off and on throughout the day, but my favorite time to use it is right before bed, on both my fingernails and toenails, so it can work it's magic overnight!

PRICE: $6 for a 0.6-oz. tin (a little larger than a silver dollar)
AVAILABILITY: At most drugstores, grocery stores and burtsbees.com

FOTD with 10 MAC products!

Face: MAC NW15 Studio Finish Concealer undereyes
Powder: MAC Mineralize Foundation Loose Powder Extra Light
Blush: MAC Margin
Eyes: MAC Blanc Type all over lid, Honesty on crease, Tissue weight (inner eye corner), Sorcery (outer eye corner for depth), Borderline eyeliner on top lash line & Haute & Naughty Lash on top & bottom
Lips: MAC Blankety

To some 10 makeup products seems high maintenance but to me this look is keepin' it simple. During the day I prefer my face makeup as light as possible. MAC's Mineralize Foundation Loose Powder when buffed with the MAC buffer brush (kabuki style) provides the perfect airbrushed flawless coverage. I love smokey eyes but sometimes it's a bit much at the park with my boys haha. By adding a touch of Tissue weight in my inner corner & Sorcery in my outer eye corner creates depth. Making me look as though I wasn't up all night with a teething baby. Thank you Makeup! & MAC! ;)

Thanks for reading dolls! Cheers to a New Year!
